Safety Performance Consideration in Stage Lift Design

Every theater is a public place, people are more, so the stage design need to consider the safety problem. According to the relevant provisions of the state, in order to prevent the crush due to lift or improper driving and the accident. The lift shall be fitted with the following necessary insurance assembly, so that the car of the lift will cease to rise or fall in time.

   Necessary Insurance:

1. Brake.  Control the lift traction part of the machine to start the containment of the brake.
2. Limit switch. To limit the car to the highest position or the lowest position can not play the operation of the assembly; such as limit switch control.
3. Over travel switch. When the car travels to the highest position or the lowest position, the car will rise or fall. In order to prevent the car roof or sink, stage equipment should be disassembled to cut off the power supply and can not automatically reset the switch. Install in the engine room, and can not install in the hatchway. Should be equipped with the power to accept the action and reduce the impact of the buffer.
   

   

   Necessary Insurance:

4. Buffer. In order to increase the car energy to roof or sink. The rubber and sponge between the buffer and the car need to remove, to increase the impact energy; the rope slot slips also would lead to a sudden fall accident.
5. Insurance pliers. In order to guard against wire rope broken. Remove the insurance pliers on the lift car. It can simultaneously cut off the control power and the car to stop falling insurance clamp. A lift car without a pliers can not take people.
6. Speedgovernor. In order to prevent the speed of travel beyond the normal rate. Install speed controller (two or less (including two floors) may not install). This body of individual and insurance clamp are combined together; Installed safety doors for the carry port entrance and exit.
   

   

   Necessary Insurance:

10. Speedlimit wire rope switch. When the speed limit wire rope drop out or broken, the lift can not start.
